We stay clear of WiFI CCTV for several reasons.

  1. It’s open to being hacked
  2. It will take up all of your WiFi bandwidth
  3. Because HD images are large in size, the playback may lag or drop out
  4. Connection may drop out or not even be possible
  5. Needs constant attention
  6. Needs batteries replacing
  7. You cannot beat a hardwired connection for data whether CCTV or general PC Networking
